The owners of this beautiful home in the Helmican area asked us to renovate both of their upstairs bathrooms.
Conception
They wanted to continue their black-and-white theme, which played out with subtle differences throughout their house. Our clients had particular tastes and a strong vision that needed to be kept in mind in all details, from the materials used to the look and feel of lighting and finishings.
We used clean lines at every opportunity, for that upscale look that feels at once elegant and effortless.
Creation
Both bathrooms received a total overhaul, beginning with ripping everything down to the studs. We installed heated floors; insulation for soundproofing between rooms; new task lighting; as well as beautiful tiling and custom niches. A one-of-a-kind shower-and-bathtub combo stands next to custom cabinetry and stylish counters.
Completion
Finishing touches picked up on the black-and-white theme, to match the rest of the house in creative ways. The owners enthusiastically collaborated on choices for lighting, hardware, towel racks, and other points of fine-tuning. Having achieved strong outcomes on the original scope, that expanded to include a new roof and full exterior paint job as project add ons.
The result is something truly individual to our clients. It also has energy efficiencies and low-maintenance features that benefit from our expertise. We’re proud to have beautified this home that can be thoroughly enjoyed for many years to come.
