The owners of this 2016 custom-built house wanted a thorough refresh of the exterior. VinnTerra was challenged to fully revitalize a classic home in one of the city’s sought-after, coastal neighbourhoods. Just steps from the ocean and close to Cordova Bay Village, the project focused on enhancing the exterior aesthetic and possibilities for outdoor living.
Conception
Our renovation blends timeless design with modern functionality. The results are a home that lives up to an enviable, scenic setting and will support a great quality of life all year round.
Creation
Our dedicated crew gave new life to extensive woodwork and brightwork around the residence. We were hyper vigilant when attending to the look and integrity of doors and trim, hardware and fixtures, prepping and polishing elements that had begun to show signs of wear. Perimeter fencing and an outdoor pergola extended this exterior overhaul.
Completion
The owners now show their true pride of place, and the family finds extra enjoyment in their time spent outdoors. Just a few short weeks of work undid nearly a decade of ageing. The final product made this house look brand new.
