Working with the owner of this beautiful waterfront mansion, as well as their realtor, we updated the home to prepare the property for sale on the market.
All of the house’s exterior trim work was meticulously sanded and prepped for new paint that was applied with great care. The scope of this work included three large pergolas. After a tightly coordinated burst of careful work, VinnTerra left this poolside, waterfront oasis gleaming and ready to meet all of its potential new owners.
