These homeowners called us because they very much wanted a new kitchen. What they also needed was improved lighting, because they had been preparing meals with only one bulb for the whole space. They were looking for something bright and new that thoughtfully coordinated with the impressive style that their townhome had already achieved.
Conception
Rip out the current kitchen, flooring, baseboard, and trim throughout the entire lower floor of this Lochside townhome. Re-envision the space for maximum brightness, smart storage, and easy flow.
Creation
The installation of fresh drywall replaced the old popcorn ceiling with a smooth new surface. We then added an abundance of light with curated fixtures in the kitchen and adjoining family room. The paint, flooring, and trim throughout the entire lower floor looked right at home with untouched areas. Lastly, a reconfigured passageway and carefully placed plugs and switches modernized the house’s function.
Completion
VinnTerra turned this once dark and outdated kitchen area into a beautifully bright space with all the modern touches. We wish the owners all the best, as this family of three enjoys their home for years to come.
